Directions: Over the course of 4-6 days build up your daily intake from 1 serving to a maximum of 4 servings per day pre competition.
Do not exceed suggested serving size. PeakMAX is designed to be used pre show/photo shoot or potentially pre weigh in for combat sport and as such we would advice following the guidance of your coach for specific application for your sport.
